- Paul Morgan, Managing Director
Responsibilities: Commercial, Sales & Marketing, Consultancy and Business Analysis.
Experience: Paul joined QEB from OzEmail in Sydney. OzEmail were rapidly expanding at the time and Paul was involved in strategic analysis, for the rapid growth, in what is now Australia’s largest ISP. Whilst there, he was responsible for the provision of web based services. He was also involved in implementing package billing, Oracle financials and sales and marketing systems. Prior to this, Paul had worked for Lloyds Bank Custodial Services, where he was involved in the analysis and build of settlement and trading systems. He also led a project team for Kinetica (part of Conoco Phillips) delivering the systems required for privatisation, beating all 36 gas companies.

Responsibilities: Legal and Financial.
Experience: Paul started work at Cadbury Schweppes as a graduate trainee, and left six years later as Project Manager in charge of I.T. Operational Support. Before becoming CEO at QEB, which he and Paul Morgan set up in 2000. Paul worked for a number of manufacturing and retail organisations, such as Coca Cola, B&Q, Amtico and Jaguar Cars, dealing with clients from director to grass roots level. He posses a broad range of technical, analytical and managerial skills.
- Richard Harris, Operations Manager
Responsibilities: Providing quality products, services and support to clients.
Experience: Richard has considerable experience at both Departmental and Project Management level. At H.P. Bulmer Limited he was involved in establishing the inaugural e-Business Department, a multi-disciplined team of e-business analysts, and IT technicians reporting to the Finance Director. He later joined Ariba, where he was a senior consultant and project leader. Richard has also presented papers on a range of e-Commerce related topics at a number of Senior Management conferences, held by organisations such as Vision In Business, Oracle Corporation, Business Intelligence, and the Institute Of Grocery Distribution.
